What to expect and how is it going to go...

First things first... These types of services are best performed by experts.  I would not recommend you get your first Brazilian male or female from a coupon you found online.  More times than not it is someone who is starting to build their business and hoping for repeat clients.  Those of us who charge more are able to do so because of the years of experience.  You want to be with someone who is in total control.  Smooth Surface Skin and Waxing uses only the best wax available to beauty professionals.

Now, you should plan to not work out for 24 - 48 hours.  There should be no friction where you have been freshly waxed along with bacteria from sweat.  This also means no shtupping (poking) around;) 

The hair should be at lease 1/2 half inch long.  If you think its too long than don't worry about it.  That can be trimmed during your appointment.  Perhaps take a Tylenol (I'm no doctor but I'm sure that will help)  During the wax you will be given every opportunity to make your first Brazilian the best it could possibly be and that you will hopefully be saying that wasn't nearly as bad as you thought it was going to be.


After your first male or female brazilian, you should never have bruising or pulled skin.  This is unacceptable and many "professionals" try and skew things like perhaps its blood pressure or something you use on your skin.  That is absolute hogwash and if you have had that happen you need to let the establishment know right away so they can address the problem.

Month 2.... What to do with my fledgling business and where do I go from here

by Dani Parker,  No one could expect that we would have not one but 2 of the coldest days here on record, so those days were a wash.  That was ok though, I now had the ability to stay home with my kids since they had school canceled.  No panicking if I were going to get in trouble at work because I couldn't secure child care.  With the success of my first 3 weeks, I was able to have piece of mind that my children were safe and we would be ok if I wasn't working.  The extra time has provided the opportunity to invest time in my business's voice.  Who is my business for? Who do I market to?
